In the technology equipment room behind the audio booth, to the left of the workbench, turn on the lights using the slider switches on the wall. Switches slide to right to turn on. Turn on all sliders in the middle two columns, and the two sliders or switches at the bottom of the left and right columns.
Power up audio system

Power up projectors
Power up front projectors. The remote control is laying in the left hand kneeling rail, next to the pass through to the platform.
Power up rear projector. The remote control is in the audio booth, to the right of the audio mixer. It is best done from the ladder that accesses the video camera platform at back of the sanctuary.
Login to workstations
Streaming workstation. User id admin, pw fumchs12
Media workstation. User id worship, pw fumchs
Mixer workstation. User id worship, pw fumchs
Launch MediaShout on media workstation
Click on MediaShout 7 icon on the taskbar, or on the desktop
Double click on the script with a file name containing the date of the service
Turn on platform lighting on streaming workstation
if a window isn’t open on the workstation for lighting controls, it will be necessary to double click on the icon on the desktop for QLC+ to start the lighting application. Then, do a file open and select the latest file.
From the lighting controller window, select front spots, magenta stage and magenta choir lights
Start music stream on Mixer workstation
Launch Spotify by double clicking on the icon on desktop, or single click on taskbar.
Spotify should launch logged in to the proper account, but, if not, user id browndonray@fumchs.org, pw DrB050850$
Select the playlist, usually Hymns4Worship or lite christian
Turn on video camera
Power switch is on the top left hand side of the camera. Set it to the position closest to the front of the camera. The middle position is the off position.
Use the zoom control on the control handle, and the camera position to set the frame on the camera. The frame should have left and right sides set to just show the sides of the projection screens, and the center of the frame should be about at head height of a person standing on the platform.
